I'm not sure what changed (an OC update, a macOS update, a BIOS update), but I began having problems booting macOS. Both SSDs coexisted in my rig without problems and I would boot macOS or Windows by pressing F9 at boot or by selecting from the OC picker. Up until a month ago, I had two NVMe SSDs in my rig : a WD Black NVMe SSD for macOS and a Samsung NVMe SSD for Windows.
